Office Hours

Office Hours for the Independence Park and Highgate locations are from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.  Both offices operate on an appointment basis only.  We ask that you be on time, and if you cannot make your scheduled appointment, to please notify us as soon as possible.

Extended Hours

The Independence Park location is open for emergency sick visits from 5 pm to 6:30 pm Monday thru Friday, and on Saturdays between 9 am and 12 pm. Please call to schedule if your child needs an appointment (the phone lines are open until 6 pm Monday through Friday and is open on Saturday beginning at 8 am).

After Hours Advice Line

Regional Pediatrics participates with UNC Healthlink to provide after hours advice for parents.  During times when the office is closed for regular business or extended hours, parents will be directed to call Healthlink.  You will speak with a Registered Nurse who will provide advice, and if necessary, page the doctor on call.  Healthlink's phone number is: 1-888-267-3675.
